PhD Forum

WACV will be organizing a PhD forum for the first time. PhD students in the late stages of their thesis (ideally within a year of graduation or recently graduated, although exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis) are encouraged to submit a 2 page (11point, single column) summary of the main contributions of their thesis. Students are also encouraged to describe an outline of a demo that they may be able to show based on their thesis work. The forum will consist of a short presentation by the student followed by discussions with one or more senior researchers who will serve as mentors. Applicants should indicate whether their advisers are willing to serve as mentors. Please email your description to: by the PhD Forum deadline  (November 7th)
